Help Us Finish Paying For Linda's New Wheelchair

Hello Everyone.... Huge Update and Call for Help!

Two years ago, Linda took a fall at the house that found her in the hospital and ultimately changed the course of her mobility journey forever.

As a result of the fall, she was forced to stay in Collingwood General Marine Hospital awaiting a LTC (long-term care bed) for almost 18 months with very limited supports resulting in the loss of her ability walk with her walker, transfer and meet her daily care needs independently as she did prior to hospitalization.

We just found out today, she has have finally received an acceptance to Sunset Manor here in Collingwood and is preparing for release early next week!

That leaves us needing to come up with the remaining funds to get the wheelchair ordered now. Once the remaining balance is paid, The build will take 3 weeks and Linda will gains some personal freedom and quality of life back.

There has been alot of financial strain on the family caring and supporting for the last 18 months, Linda is only on a CPP Pension so any help is greatly appreciated!
