Hi everyone, my name is Jay, and I’m the owner of Beastin Beauties Fit Studio—a place where women come together to sweat, grow, laugh, cry, and empower each other through movement and support. Beastin Beauties isn’t just a fitness studio; it’s a safe space, it’s a community. It’s where we show up for ourselves and each other, creating a space that’s welcoming, uplifting, and transformative.

Starting this studio was a dream come true for me. I wanted to build a space where women of all backgrounds could feel strong, confident, and supported in their wellness journeys. Over the years, we’ve built something truly special. But, honestly, we’ve also been through some of the toughest challenges imaginable, especially over the last few months.

During the pandemic, our studio was devastated by a fire. It felt like the ultimate setback, but we pushed through, rebuilt, and came back stronger—because that’s what this community is all about. We’ve weathered so many storms together, and I’ve always believed that as long as we have each other, we can get through anything. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this business and have done everything I possibly could to keep it moving forward—from trying countless marketing strategies and applying for grants to offering free classes and taking out multiple loans. I even got a part-time job to survive and keep the studio going.

But despite these efforts, we’re facing financial hardships that make it hard to continue delivering the services, events, and experiences you’ve come to love. We’ve reached a critical point where I need your help to keep our doors open.

We need to raise money to cover our immediate operating expenses—rent (we’re two months behind with fees) and utilities (our Edison bill has been high due to the heat)—so we can keep serving the amazing women who call this place home.

Beastin Beauties has always been more than just fitness classes. It’s where we come to connect, support each other, and build something bigger than ourselves. It’s where we find strength—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I don’t want to give up on this space, but the reality is that we need your help to keep it alive. There are so many good things happening in the studio, and I wholeheartedly believe that if I can get through this setback, everything will fall into place.

I’m asking for your support to help us raise money. Your donation, no matter the size, will help cover our immediate costs and give us the time we need to recover. Every dollar goes directly to keeping Beastin Beauties open so we can continue to be a safe and empowering space for women in our community.

As a thank you for your support, I’m offering rewards for donations:

• $25: Two Drop-In Class Passes and a personalized thank you shoutout on our Instagram page.

• $50: 5 Drop-In Class Passes for any of our fitness classes! Choose from JamFit, circuit training, or yoga.

• $100: A 10-Class Pack (valued at $80!) and a personalized thank you shoutout.

• $150: A limited-edition Beastin Beauties tank top plus a 10-Class Pack.

• $200: 1 Month of Unlimited Classes (in-person and online) plus a Beastin Beauties tank top.

• $500: 2 Months of Unlimited Classes (in-person and online), a custom meal plan, 2 sauna blanket treatments, and 25% off any service at our Beauty Bar.

• $1,000: Become a sponsor! Your name will be displayed as a sponsor for a full year. You’ll also receive our best membership: The Commit to Fit Membership (valued at $995), which includes tickets to all events, challenges, and unlimited classes in person and online, plus 1:1 coaching with Jay for a month and an exclusive Beastin Beauties swag bag full of goodies.

Business Sponsorship Levels

In addition to individual donations, we are also offering business sponsorship opportunities. These sponsorships not only help us keep our studio alive, but they also provide businesses with incredible exposure in our community. Here are the different levels:

Bronze Sponsor – $250

• Mention in one weekly newsletter

• Social media shoutout on Instagram and Facebook

• Logo featured on our website as a sponsor

Silver Sponsor – $500

• All Bronze-level benefits, plus:

• Sponsor a fitness class (shoutout before and after class)

• Dedicated social media post promoting your business

• Logo on event flyers for upcoming studio events

Gold Sponsor – $1,000

• All Silver-level benefits, plus:

• Monthly feature in our newsletter for 3 months

• Logo displayed on a banner in the studio

• All Gold-level benefits, plus:

Diamond Sponsor – $5,000+

• All Platinum-level benefits, plus:

• Naming rights to a signature event (e.g., “Turkey Jam Presented by [Your Business]”)

• Exclusive recognition on all event materials

• Host a private class or team-building session at our studio

• Feature article about your business in our monthly newsletter

We have big plans for the future—new classes, especially our newly launched Sensory Friendly Movement and Music Class, Special events, and wellness programs for moms—but right now, we need a little support from the community to stay on our feet.
