Help Save Carly

Hello all! I am fundraising on behalf of the family of Carly Ampurira, a 5-month-old infant living in Kanungu, Uganda, who has been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. Carly's condition causes her body to not receive enough oxygen and will progressively worsen as she grows.

Fortunately, we have found a hospital in India that specializes in these cases and is willing to perform the first stage surgery for free. So all we need now is funding to cover the travel expenses for Carly and her mother to go to India for a month where Carly will hopefully be able to have surgery!
