Help Snacks heal from 9 years of abuse

This past weekend my friends and I found this sweet dog, Snacks, on the street. Snacks could barely walk and was in such bad condition we thought he had been hit by a car. The worst part is this was just the regular condition the owners had him in. We found him with nails so long they were growing into his paw pads, dislocated hips, and extremely underweight with visible ribs and bones. Since we found Snacks, we've been doing our best to get him healthy and give him the attention and love he deserves, but he needs many procedures to make up for 9 years of complete abuse and neglect. His most urgent needs causing him the most pain are his teeth and both back legs/hips. His teeth are so infected, rotten, and covered with plaque that they have formed holes that connect to his sinuses, which the vet says requires immediate surgery to fix. He will also need surgery for his dislocated hips, both hip joints have been out of their socket for so long it's caused severe arthritis of the legs. The cost of these surgeries and everything we have done for him so far is more than we can handle on our own. Any assistance or support would make a world of difference for Snacks. It is incredible how much love he has to give, given the abuse he has had his whole life. We just want to give him a happy and pain-free life.
