Melinda's Battle with Crohn's Disease
Donation protected
Since you know that our 21-year old daughter Melinda has been battling Crohn's Disease since she was 15. Crohn's is an inflammatory bowel disease, and because Melinda's case is severe, she made the decision in November, 2013, to have an ileostomy, which would remove her infected colon, process waste into a bag and allow her to resume her life as an active young college woman. Also, her ileostomy requires expensive supplies and medicines that her new insurance does not cover 100%.
Melinda is a strong, intelligent young woman, and she is fighting to realize her goal of college graduation and working to defer expenses when she is able. Her family has rallied around her, and yet this debt and continuing bills are overwhelming. Your donation will be very much appreciated and will go directly to Melinda's medical needs. Thanks you so much for your show of support and love for Melinda!
