Help the Polk's with medical bills

Dave has touched countless lives with his love for music. Over the last year he has faced some crazy medical issues. And now him and his family are in need of help. The medical bills are going to be crazy. I know many of us are asking how we can help, outside of prayer. (Keep those prayers coming though.) Here is how!!! Donate what you feel comfortable, any amount will help. I have no idea what medical bills will look like once this is all said and done, but this is a start.
I will have Dave's story posted soon. Lori will be working on it over the next few days. But I wanted to get this started now. Let's show how much the Polk's have meant to us and help them in their time of need.
