Help Toasty Heal: Urgent Surgery Needed for a Brave Kitty

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted souls,

I'm reaching out to share an urgent plea on behalf of Ty (a.k.a. HeyShadyLady) and her beloved rescue cat, Toasty. Sweet little Toasty recently suffered a traumatic injury, breaking her back leg and severing her tendon. Her vets have advised immediate surgery, with two difficult options: either a complex tendon repair or the amputation of her leg.

Ty has been enduring an incredibly difficult year. As a recent victim of Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC, and experiencing traumatic loss in the family, she's been struggling to recover and rebuild her life. With the additional costs from a recent move, finances have become an even greater obstacle, leaving Ty with few options to help Toasty get the critical care she urgently needs.

Despite everything Ty has been through, she is determined to do everything possible to give Toasty the chance to recover and live a pain-free life. But she can’t do it alone. The estimated costs for Toasty's surgery, post-operative care, and recovery support are significant, and we are humbly reaching out on Ty's behalf for support.
