Help rebuild WAM after the fire
Tax deductible
Help us rebuild Waan Aelõñ in Majel (WAM) in the Marshall Islands after the destructive fire!
All donations are tax-deductible (*) and will go 100% to rebuilding WAM.
The Waan Aelõñ in Majel (WAM) Program(**) is committed to empowering young Marshallese men and women by giving them the skills they need to move forward into a sustainable and happy future.
The program is nearly 30 years old and is one of the most impactful projects in the Marshall Islands today!
At the end of February, WAM sustained a devastating fire, destroying their workshop and all their equipment.
Please help us support WAM and give them the funding they need to rebuild this critical program!
About Living Islands and why we are running the campaign
Living Islands is a volunteer-driven registered 501(c)3 non-profit, dedicated to supporting Pacific Islander Communities through cross-cultural education and awareness since 2013. We are based in Oregon, USA, and serve Pacific Islander communities in the US, Canada, and the Pacific Region.
We are supporting WAM during this devastating fire the best way we can, by finding resources and providing a method for people in the US to provide tax-free donations to rebuild the educational program that has such a deep impact on the Marshallese culture and society.
All donations are tax-deductible (*) and will go 100% to rebuilding WAM.
(*) for US donation. If you are donating internationally, please check your local rules for donating to a US 501(c)3 organization.
