Hema loved the Ruth Winston Centre (RWC).

The RWC is a community hub for the over 50s founded in 1961 in Palmers Green.

It provides participants with a wide range of activities including arm chair yoga and line dancing, and valuable social support such as providing hot meals and bereavement services.

The RWC is vital for the wellbeing of members of the community.
