Henley’s Leukemia Fight and Travel Expenses

Hi, I’m Alaina Thomas , I am Henley’s aunt. I am putting a fundraiser together for her and her family.

Friends and Family, throughout this journey through childhood cancer, the Walker family has faced many difficulties among the more obvious ones. They have tried to make things work in their hometown In Washington but financially it has become harder and harder with the ongoing medical bills from Henleys treatment and the increasing home prices in the area. They have decided to move closer to family in northern Michigan. Henley will still be getting the best care possible at the childrens hospital in Grand Rapids MI and she will have grandparents , aunts, uncles and cousins nearby. The entire community came together to support the family when Henley was first diagnosed with this terrible cancer in April and now we are here to ask again for support. Moving over 2000 miles is going to be costly as you can imagine so anything you might be able to give to help them out would be amazing. If you cannot support we completely understand, if you could please share. Joe is able to transfer so he will not lose any income but as you know the medical bills are still coming in. Moving across the country is not ideal but they are trying to do what is best for their family in their current situation. Thank you again for the continued support and prayers for this sweet girl, my sister and her family and their trek across the country! I know God has his arms wrapped around them.
