Herbert Langford

Herb Langford was a tough SOB.

He had a unique way of letting people know when he was right and they were wrong. As easy as it was to be that way, it was just as easy for him to be the kind and gentle. After you got to know him of course!

He was dedicated father, husband, and loyal friend. He loved his job and he loved travelling. He was a proud Marine and Vietnam Veteran.

When he was home he played golf every Thursday with the guys from Union Methodist.Church. He faithfully went to church every Sunday and occasionally helped in the sound booth.

He was a dedicated and devoted member of the Avaya team travelling the world performing genuinely highly important projects. He loved his work and was a valued member of this team. Over the years he had forged a personal relationship with many of his customers, employees and team members. His absence will be leave a big hole with the legacy of knowledge and experience he provided.

From everyone who knew and had a relationship with Herb, he will be missed.

While the family is dealing with details surrounding Herb's passing we wanted to provide a site as a tribute for those who have expressed a desire to help in some way.

Herb's family will be able to use these funds to help with his passing.
