Heroes and Hope: Reid's cancer journey

Greetings!

My name is Rain, and I am raising funds to cover Reid Westgard, my husband's, medical expenses during his journey through lymphatic cancer.

Though he doesn't wear a cape or use a secret identity, Reid is a hero to many. His willingness to jump in and help others while sharing his infectious smile brightens the day of all he encounters. His unfailing courage provides strength to those in need of hope. His quiet kindness shelters many during the storms of life. He works tirelessly to provide the best life possible for his family and friends.  He makes the world better just by being a part of it.

Reid has now encountered an unexpected foe called cancer that threatens to extinguish his light.  His spirit is strong, and he faces each day with renewed positivity, but it will take all his superpowers and everyone's support to complete this journey successfully.

Reid's health prevents him from working at this time, and he does not qualify for financial assistance from his employer, so we must rely solely on my income for the foreseeable future. Reid's medical expenses, at the low end, are estimated to be more than $100,000, so we are reaching out for help. All donated funds will be used to cover the costs generated by treating his cancer.
