Our friends at F45 Lismore need our help after losing their studio in the recent east coast floods! So we are doing what we do best at F45 Belmont and coming together as a community to support!
Our Coach Crew will be bashing out a burpee challenge on Sat 23rd whilst Heroes Hollywood is on.
$1 = 1 burpee! When donating, please state in your message which Coach the burpees are for!
