Heroes International - Nations Cup - Berlin

This is the official GoFundMe of the 2023 Heroes International Nations Cup!

The 2023 Heroes International Nations Cup invites players from all countries to get together with other players from their country and determine which country has the best Heroes of the Storm players! Through the regional qualifiers, six teams will be selected to compete at the offline Finals in Berlin, Germany! We will be selecting 1 North American Team, 1 Asian Team, and 4 European teams to compete for a minimum $5,000 GUARANTEED Prize Pool!

As we did with our last event, we will be covering flights and hotels for all qualifying players! Our goal with fundraising is to help cover expenses, improve production, bring more casters, increase the prize pool, and maybe bring in an extra team or two !

There's more! Not only will this event determine which country has the best players, but we're also not about to make it that easy for the players. We will be running a modified version of @Khaldor 's Meta Madness Rule Set! Tired of seeing Blaze, Diablo, Brightwing, and Sylvanas in every game? Do you wish that just once someone pulled out a Cho'gall, Murky, or Butcher? Your prayers have been answered! Once a Hero is played, they can NOT be played again for that series. Sorry OTPs, but you're going to need to learn a few other heroes if you want to prove you're the best. As Khaldor says, you now need to think outside the box while drafting and at times rip the entire box apart and burn it.

To make things extra spicy, for every $1000 raised, we will pre-ban one of the most-played Heroes from the Qualification Tournaments for the Offline Finals (up to a maximum of 10)! However, the top 3 Donors can choose to "save" a hero and we would ban the next hero on the list instead.

As with the Miami event, this event will be open to the public (details Coming Soon™). This may be the last chance to watch an offline high-level Heroes of the Storm in Europe! Take a few extra days to enjoy the beautiful Historic city of Berlin before finishing your vacation with the LAN! I know I will!

Donation Tiers (per single donation):

$25 - Your name shown on a thank you screen during the broadcast of the offline finals (no offensive names).

$100 - Previous Tier plus your name read out loud during that thank you screen (no offensive names).

$500 - All previous tiers plus if you're in Berlin, an invitation to the player and staff appreciation dinner on June 9, 2023

Top 3 - All previous tiers plus save a Hero from being banned

Top Donor - All previous tiers plus a banner from the event signed by the winning team.
