Homeless Hero Rick Biddle
Donation protected
On January 19th, 2016 in Salinas, California, Rick Biddle selflessly put his life in danger to save the lives of a young mother and her 8 year old son when their car careened into an embankment flooded with water. Biddle, a homeless man who had his camp set up close to the scene of the accident, acted fast without regard for his own life. He didn't hesitate to help the woman to safety, as she was minutes away from being swept away in the fast flowing water. Thanks to Mr. Biddle and his quick actions, both mother and son are alive and safe.
This is set up as an appreciation for Mr. Biddle from the family of the two survivors. We are forever grateful to him and hope that your act of kindness can help this hero assure that he stays fed in the months ahead. Any donations that can help this selfless hero would be greatly appreciated.
