Hershey Heartiversary - 5k Heart Walk

Hi my name is Sheila - My husband Matt had a Heart Transplant last Year we are celebrating his One year Anniversary with a walk ! Come help us celebrate Matt’s first year of successful HEART TRANSPLANT! What better way than to get our bodies moving and our hearts pumping in a community 5k.
