Hershey pancreatitis treatment

From the words of momma, best dalmation mommy kelly: My little dude is very sick. Wouldn't go to bed last night. I put him in his crate to sleep. I woke up around 4am to a crate full of vomit. I called the vet at 7am, they said come right in. Literally as I pull out of my driveway he throws up all over the inside of my Jeep.

We're at the vet now. He got blood work, x-rays, pain meds, antibiotics and laying here getting fluids. Waiting on the Dr to come in and tell me what she thinks and then we are heading to the emergency vet. She thinks he will need round the clock care that they will be able to give him.

*Dr just came in, said he is very sick. She said his white blood cells are elevated and looks like a severe case of pancreantius or blockage.

10.23.2022: Well not good news. Looks like either a cyst or abscess on his pancreas. Nothing more they can do there but keep him comfortable. Calling a specialist in Akron tomorrow morning to get him in up there. Said it could be anywhere from $3k-$8k. I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't have that kind of money
