hey guys, please help me get a new pc!

My laptop died on me today, and that laptop was everything I had. I paid for it originally by selling my ps4 and my phone. Additionally, my sister was able to help and gave me the rest of the money so I could get it for my birthday. It was the first birthday gift ever from anyone. When I found out that my pc died today, I was heartbroken. I am going to school to be an electrical engineer and have a voltmeter. I checked the power current running through the cpu circuits and there were no readings; the whole motherboard fried.

I really hate to ask for help, but I don’t have anything I can sell to pay for a new PC. I would be very VERY thankful and appreciative if you could help me. Any amount would be super helpful.
