Hollywood Forever Project

The pioneers of early Hollywood were individuals who lived and breathed making motion pictures. Actors, actresses, screenwriters, directors, and extras all helped paved the way for those who entertain us on the silver screen today. This campaign's aim is to help ensure that eight of these pioneers are still remembered today by providing them with headstones to mark their currently unmarked graves.
Spottiswoode Aitken, Frank Alexander, Andrew Arbuckle, Marion Fairfax, King David Gray, Robert McKim, Sidney Smith, and Delphine Walsh all hold a place in Hollywood history and deserve to be remembered over 50 years after they died (or in some cases over 80 years).
The funds raised will be used to create seven headstones and one niche marker for these individuals. We will be releasing more information on the who exactly these people were in life and their contributions to early Hollywood. Even though this campaign encompasses eight individuals, we want to ensure that each is remembered for their screen work and contributions.
