The Bernhardt Family

Hi my name is Hannah Peter and I am a friend of Kati and Jack Benhardt.

Kati and Jack are such a sweet couple. They are also amazing parents to almost 2 year old Vinny and unborn son Oliver.

On October 4th, Kati had surgery to help give her much needed relief from severe symptoms she was having due to her gallbladder. Unfortunately, there were complications during surgery and was life lighted to Omaha due to her uterus and amniotic sac being punctured. She spent a number of days in Omaha and then was released back home. However, on October 12th she was admitted to the hospital again and then transferred to Omaha.

The plan is for Kati to stay in the hospital in Omaha until December 14th and baby Oliver will be born. Oliver will be premature and will likely spend a few weeks in the NICU. Kati has been so positive and brave through all the unexpected challenges and complications.

This gofundme is to help alleviate some of the financial burden of a very long hospital stay, lots of travel back and forth for Jack, and any other extra expenses that may come. Please consider blessing them during this time. Please also be praying that God would continue to protect both Kati and baby Oliver and sustain her and the pregnancy until their goal date of December 14th.
