We need some help with hospital bills.

Hi, my name is Kari Lewis. I’m raising funds for my boyfriend, Brandon. He is a diabetic, and he went into DKA and was on the verge of death. He was in the ICU for a couple of days, and stayed in the hospital for a couple days more. His potassium levels were so high, his heart could have failed on him. And his sugar levels were so high, his kidneys had failed on him. He needed a dialysis.

 

Brandon is THE most loving and caring man I have ever met. He does everything he can to make sure my daughter and I have a stable home. He takes care of everything in our home, but he needs to be taken care of in return. I feel like raising money to help lower the cost of his hospital bills would help him out. I don’t like to see him stressed, especially since stress isn’t good for his health.

 

Brandon does sooo much for the people he cares about. He doesn’t like to ask for help because he doesn’t like the attention on him. He could use the help, even if he says he doesn’t. Any little bit you can do is greatly appreciated, even if the only help you can give is to share this GoFundMe.

 

The money will go towards hospital bills, the time I’ve had to take off of work, and diabetic supplies. Thank you!

 

I love him so much. I couldn’t have imagined having a life without him. We have so much still to do with our time together, and we just got started. ❤️ I’ve set the amount to $15k so that the fundraiser doesn’t close up on us, but I’ll re-adjust when we get the final bill.
