Hampton Hawes tape transfer fund, Part II

Hello Friends!

In honor of Veteran's Day, I am reinstating the Hampton Hawes tape transfer fundraiser -- for one of the most brilliantly terrible soldiers to ever have served in the U.S. Army. The digital transfer has been completed, but turns out to be more than expected as the engineer had to do some complicated maneuverings. So I am reaching out again for support. Is it possible to pitch in a little bit more, or contribute for the first time? If you can, I would be happy to send you some of the mp3 files -- which include an informal, unreleased recording of Hampton Hawes playing with noted blues guitarist David T. Walker (Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Cannonball Adderly, Pharoah Sanders, Sarah Vaughn, James Brown, Ray Charles, Carole King, Stanley Turrentine etc.!), and the master recording of Hampton's UNIVERSE album, which was never released on CD.

Whatever you might be able to help with would be so very much appreciated by me, by Hampton, and by jazz fans everywhere!
