Hope Amid Destruction: A Student’s Plea
Donation protected
My name is Nour, I’m 18 years old, and I was a high school senior dreaming of a bright future. But all my dreams shattered when our house was bombed. My family and I were forced to flee and now live in a classroom at a school, sharing the space with three other families .

My cat, who has been my companion through all this chaos, is also suffering. She became sick from the contaminated environment, and her condition is worsening. She urgently needs medical care, but with the blockade, the cost of treatment is beyond what we can afford. Please help us save her life.

There’s no privacy, no windows to protect us from the cold, and not even a door to give us a sense of security. We are nine people: my parents, who are elderly, and my seven younger siblings (five boys and two girls). My siblings are suffering from hunger and cold, and my parents are struggling to cope with this harsh reality.

Every night, my siblings sleep on the cold floor with no mattresses or blankets, often without enough food or clean water. Instead of focusing on my studies and building my future, I now spend my nights worrying about how we’ll survive the next day.

I’ve lost my school, my friends, my simple daily life, and even the sense of safety we once had. I’m writing this appeal with a broken heart, asking for help from anyone who can hear my plea. Even a single dollar might seem small to you, but for us, it’s life-changing. It could provide a blanket to keep us warm, medicine for my sick siblings, or even a window to shield our small classroom from the freezing winds.
If you can’t donate, sharing my story could be the greatest help you can offer. Thank you to everyone who reads my words and supports us, even with a prayer. You are our only hope after God.
