HiFi Cookies Needs Some Help

Hello, my name is Sean. Some of you know me, and some of you I haven't had the chance to meet quite yet. I am the owner of HiFi Cookies, a little bakery specializing in cookies here in Nashville.

We built our business brick by brick since 2016 and had the opportunity to open our first shop in 2020. In 2023, we opened our second shop in Donelson.

Being a small family-owned business, we have scrimped and saved as much as possible to build what we have. But our Donelson shop was a much larger challenge than we anticipated.

The last two years, we have dealt with inflation, supply, and labor issues that have deeply impacted our business.

On a personal note, I have dealt with some health issues that have made work a bit more challenging.

We are planning on reopening our Donelson location soon but are working on a slightly adjusted concept for the space. We are hoping to make the space into a commissary kitchen so other small business owners can have space to work on their dreams.

In addition to that, they would also have the ability to run their concepts as a retail location in the space on designated days during the day. That being said, HiFi Cookies would still exist in the space as a retail shop but with a slightly smaller schedule that is more manageable for us as a small business. We would also grow our shipping business and wholesale.

With all that being said, we need a little help to rework our Donelson space and make it into this new concept.
