High Court Postal Vote Challenge

Today Shelley Argent (PFLAG), Felicity Marlowe and Andrew Wilkie (Independent member of Parliament) announced they will challenge the validity of a marriage equality postal vote in the High Court.
This campaign has been endorsed and is supported by Rodney Croome, Felicity Marlowe and Shelley Argent.

We are supporting applicants Shelley Argent (PFLAG Australia), Felicity Marlowe, a lesbian mother of three and Andrew Wilkie, MP for Dennison in their petitioning of the High Court against the federal government's plan to conduct a postal vote on marriage equality.
3. How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible)
The funds will go towards the filing and running of the imminent high court case, including potential legal fees & logistical expenses like transport and accommodation for the hearings. Recipients will be Shelley Argent, Felicity Marlowe & legal counsel to cover costs incurred.
4. Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies
We intend to run the fundraising campaign for the duration of the court case & withdraw to help the applicants cover their accumulating costs.
