High risk pregnancy due to a 8 mm tumor

Hello my name is Susana Vazquez I’m doing this as a final resource since we have not very manny people we can come to for help, we try applying for assistance in a few different organizations but we are not the only ones in this situation which we completely understand. I’m 6 months pregnant now and we are extremely happy about it but this year has been very hard for us. First was COVID 19 we all contracted it and I was hospitalized for 3 days due to me not being able to breathe properly and I had to use a respiratory device for over a month I lost my job but luckily my husband never stop fighting for us we have 6 kids total 2 of them are our niece and nephew we are their foster parents for the past 6 years they were not on a stable home their mom was arrested and deported to Mexico and the dad left with an other lady to Chicago so we took them in. And now that I’m pregnant they found a 8 centimeter tumor inside one of my ovaries and I need to get surgery or it can harm the baby that’s. But the main reason is that my husband was involved on a hit and run accident he was severely injured he was on hes way back from waltmart turning to the left when a suv ran the red light and side swipe him at 55mph he was rush to the hospital with several injuries but the main one on hes neck. Now we have no car since it was total and not sure how we can take care of our bills
