High Risk Surgery after María

After Puerto Rico Hurricane Irma and María, my father Ramón Fernández was told he need a second surgery due to an HIGH RISK Abdominal Aneuryrism. After doctor diagniosis, this surgery can’t be done at Puerto Rico. Therefore, on February 8 the surgery is scheduled in Houston Medical Center. We are seeking financial support since the Medical Plan only covers part of the surgery and all the disability time he will spend after it.
