HRC started with our Founder Irene Coyer and Cynthia Peraza. Two friends with the help of Instagram community has helped Our Pals with mobility issues become mobile once again.  There are no words to Express the feeling watching these Pals who once couldn't walk , had difficulty walking ,now strolling with the aid of there Wheelchair..  It is with great Honor to have one of the best Wheelchair companies in the market team up with HRC.  Thanks @walkinpets for all the support on helping all of HRC recipients. My Name is Cynthia Peraza and I run both Auction and HRC with the help of Linda and Carrie. I live in Fresno Ca Funds raised goes to purchase a wheelchair to any Pup in Need.
