Hiking for Uterine Cancer
Amid the 2020 pandemic, my mom was diagnosed with uterine cancer. In 2021, she was in remission for a month before the metastatic cancer was found in her lung. Both Kaiser and City of Hope have supported my mom in tremendous ways, but this cancer is resilient and continues to persist.
Now at the beginning of 2023, my mom is embarking on another arduous journey of stomach cancer. We pray that 2023 is the year for long-term remission and recovery, so I am raising funds to support her needs during the next round of chemo, and radiation.
In return, I am hiking the SoCal six-pack to meditate on her recovery, healing, health, peace, and to bring awareness to uterine cancer. For those that know my mom, you know that she is a spicy Mexicana who has a firey will to live. She is selfless, kind and beyond genuine.
With your donation, I also ask for your prayers to uplift my mom in this next chapter of cancer.
With immense gratitude, I appreciate and thank you.
