in Gaza

I am Youssef from Gaza. I am 20 years old. I used to live in peace with my family in our humble home because of enough work imposed on us by the occupation in the Gaza Strip. Suddenly, the brutal war came and destroyed my home and my family. We were pulled out from under the rubble of bombing, so we were left without a shelter to protect us from the winter heat and cold. We became homeless. The famine that befell us, the health pollution, and the scarcity of water and electricity, and these words do not say 1% of the applications are water and we suffer daily...

Since the war on Gaza began, I have lost everything

On the second day of November 2/11, our neighbors’ house was bombed with a single missile that was enough to destroy an entire residential square and kill more than 50 individuals who became martyrs. Thanks to God and His kindness, my family and I were pulled out from under the rubble, along with the lives of two sisters, my brother, his three sons, my other brother and his daughter, my brother, my father, my mother, and his wife. My other father Let us become 14 individuals

The circle of losses did not end here. After more than 6 times of displacement and having to leave our home to escape missiles and death, I lost from (my father’s family) (my three cousins and my cousin) and from (my mother’s family) (my aunt, her husband, her three daughters, my mother’s aunt, my mother’s cousin, and his son). ). We received new shocking news, which was that our land on which we lived had been bulldozed. We had a chicken farm on it, and my older brother and I were working despite the difficult circumstances. We did not have the opportunity to see it because it had become a closed area and no one could approach it. Pictures of me on the ground before the war.

Asking for your help is the only way I have to save my family's life and future. Your help may become our hope when hope is far from us under these circumstances. Every dollar you can help with may save a life, and bring hope to the life of a tired heart. Please do not read this story as a tragic story, I am here to ask you to prevent it from getting any more tragic and help us start our lives over again. I am here to ask for your help, not your sympathy. To ask you to take action, whether by donating or by sharing this with everyone you know who can help. Please read this with your heart and take action as if your family and siblings were living in these circumstances.
