Hilfe für Familie in Not: Asbest-Schock bei Eigenheim

nach Jahren der Vorbereitung wollten sich unsere Freunde, eine junge Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern, ihren Traum vom Eigenheim erfüllen. Doch was als Glücksmoment begann, wurde schnell zum Albtraum: Unter dem Tonpfannendach des Hauses wurde ein verborgenes Asbestdach entdeckt. Das unsachgemäß ausgeführte Dach führte zu schweren Schäden am Dachstuhl und der Statik – Einsturzgefahr droht! Leider wurde auch zu guter Letzt noch der vor einem Jahr gestellte Förderantrag der Landesbank ausgesetzt, da laut Förderrichtlinie des Ministeriums für Heimat, Kommunales, Bau und Digitalisierung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen eine Förderung an Gebäuden nicht möglich ist, wenn Mängel nach § 177 Abs. 2 u. 3 Baugesetzbuch vorliegen, die nicht durch die Modernisierung beseitigt werden.

Die Kosten für den Rückbau der kontaminierten Bauteile, die Asbestsanierung und den Neuaufbau belaufen sich auf ca. 150.000 €. Ohne Hilfe steht die Familie vor dem Ruin. Bitte unterstützt sie in dieser schwierigen Zeit – jeder Beitrag zählt!

After years of saving and preparation, a young family with three small children was finally able to take the step towards owning their dream home. However, what should have been a moment of joy turned into an ongoing nightmare. During preparation for tendering offers they discovered a hidden asbestos roof underneath the clay tiles, and further inspection revealed severe structural damage. The roof truss is compromised, creating a risk of collapse.

To make matters worse, the funding application they had submitted to the Landesbank a year ago was suspended. According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Homeland, Municipal Affairs, Building, and Digitisation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, funding is not available for properties with defects that are not fully remedied by the modernization—such as the hidden asbestos and structural damage.

The family is now facing an overwhelming financial burden. The cost for the removal of the asbestos, dismantling the contaminated parts, and rebuilding the roof structure is estimated at around €150,000. Without help, they are on the brink of financial ruin.
