Hello and Namaste,

My name is Ravi Kheradia and I am a Life Scout currently pursuing the rank of Eagle. Since childhood, the Temple has been a second home for me. I have built relationships with friends and mentors that will last a lifetime. Many of the values I have learned in Balagokulam and Chetana classes at the Temple have shaped who I am as a person. So when the time came for me to decide on the beneficiary for my Eagle project, the Temple was a natural choice. It was my opportunity to do something for the place I so love. Growing up, I remember my parents and other kids' parents always telling their children to stay away from the pond area, lest someone fall into the pond. I saw building a fence around the pond as an ideal safety measure concurrently beautifying the pond area. After consulting with the Temple executives, we determined that building a good quality metal fence around the pond will enhance the aesthetics of the pond area. After consulting with the proper professionals, it was determined the cost of materials and supplies would be around $16,000 (Wow, that's a lofty goal). As I begin my fundraising efforts, I would greatly appreciate your support for this noble cause.
