Hip Replacement and Family Support

Hey guys, I am Melanie, Derek's daughter. My dad went through a car accident a few months ago where he totaled his Jeep. He seemed to be lucky considering but as time has gone by he is now having issues with his hip. Previously he had a hip replacement after having an accident riding a quad. At this point, we are led to believe he is going to need another hip replacement. He has not been able to work for over a week now, and he is the main provider of their household. My dad has always been one of the most hardworking and caring people I have ever met. He is a concrete finisher and has worked as one since his senior year of high school (many years ago, lol). It has been a really hard time for my family, and another surgery and more time of him being off work will put them in a hard situation. If you could help in any way at all, we would appreciate anything to support them while he gets his procedure done and gets back to himself more.
