Hira Thapa Ruptured Aneurysm Fund

My girlfriend’s father suffered a severe subarachnoid hemorrhage during our visit to Nepal. Unfortunately we were traveling within Nepal away from Kathmandu when this happened, and he had to be transferred via helicopter back to Kathmandu to receive the best care available, which is quite expensive. Anyone who knows me or Mahima knows how much we care about our family, and she is doing everything within her power to ensure he receives the best care, and since there is no medical insurance in Nepal, she is also covering all medical expenses. For those who don’t know Mahima, she is currently pursuing her medical degree and Ph.D (DO/Ph.D) at Michigan State. She has put herself through undergrad, and is continuing to put herself through these 8 years of advanced degrees, all while being away from her family. Mahima is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met, and cares about her family more than anything. These funds are to cover the medical expenses that her father (Hira) has and will incur to recover from his surgery and extended hospital stay. Any donations are greatly appreciated, as we hope for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.
