Hira’s Challenge: Walking for a Stress-Free Mind”
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Hira, and I’m 9 years old. I’m raising funds for April Stress Awareness Month by doing a 4-mile walk on the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail.
I want to help my classmates learn more about the importance of mental well-being and how stress affects us.
Stress is something that everyone feels, including young people, and I believe it’s important to talk about it openly and find ways to manage it.
The funds I raise will go towards buying materials for my classmates, such as wellbeing journals and stress-relief tools, that will help us learn how to cope with stress in healthy ways.
Your support means so much to me, and together we can make sure my classmates have the tools they need to live happier and healthier lives!
