Hispanic man working to provide for his family

on Saturday my husband  and I were driving on ave 42  in borderline Bermuda dunes ,Indio Ca a  route I take almost daily, where I see this man working tirelessly .all day in hot weather conditions  (102) degree weather! , HE always smiles and is standing hoping someone will buy from him. without bothering anyone.
 as we were driving we see this older white female approaching him violently , she was upset that he was selling on that stop sign. I feel that this will be a way to help seek some justice . I know that it would really mean a lot to this man if we can somewhat help him. I'm sure that anything will help him and his family.
