Hit and Run Medical expenses for Bozley

Donation protected
On Saturday 12/14/19, after leaving a fun filled afternoon taking pics with Santa to raise money for Secondhand Hounds at HeadFlyer Brewing, my dog Bozley and My Husband Chris were victims of a hit and run. A dark colored Minivan/SUV struck them when crossing a Pedestrian cross walk with flashing lights. All other traffic stopped. While my husband only had minor injuries, Boz unfortunately went into shock due to internal bleeding. Boz was taken to University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center. They tried to auto-transfuse Boz's blood back into him, but his bleeding did not stop. His bleeding did finally stop after he was transfused with donor plasma. Boz suffered three fractured ribs, pulmonary contusion, and other unknown injuries. He put in a good fight on Sunday 12/15/19 when we went to visit him. We was walking and trying his hardest to visit with us despite the pain and drowiness from medication. He was trending in the right direction, but unfortunately his body gave out and went into cardiac arrest Monday morning 12/16/19. The hit and run was captured on two cameras from a Metro transit bus. We are working with the Minneapolis Police to see if they're able to make out the license plate number. If you have any information that would help the investigation, or are able to help make a donation to put towards medical costs, we would greatly appreciate your kindness.
