Hit and run victim in critical condition

On July 5th, around 2:30am Benjamin was hit by a car and drug underneath. He was life flighted to Enloe Hospital and is in critical condition in the ICU. After one surgery already we are closely monitoring the to make sure there is no more internal bleeding. He has a broken pelvis, broken sternum, multiple broken ribs, road rash all over his stomach, chest, legs,  arms, and bottom, as well as a lacerated spleen and liver,  skin torn off of his eyelid, and chipped teeth. Doctors are saying that he will definitely remain in the hospital for at least a month and then have to attend rehab for his broken pelvis. Unfortunately Ben does not have any medical or dental insurance and will not be able to work for at least 3 months, if not longer. Any type of help would be appreciated to help with medical bills and expenses while he is recovering. Also if anybody knows anything that happened or sees a car with extensive damage around Willows, PLEASE reach out to me, his family, or the Glen County Sherrifs Department. This is an ongoing investigation.
