Richard Bost Heart 4 Heart

Richard Bost Is my brother. He is 43 years old and was just diagnosed with acute heart failure. He is a loving caring husband, father, and grandfather. Up until his diagnoses he worked everyday and is dedicated to his family. He was told that due to the severe weakness of his heart he won't be able to go back to work. He is currently at MUSC and options for treatment are being evaluated. LVAD is very likely and there has been talk of a transplant. As we all know these procedures take time and are costly. Please help my brother. Anything is appreciated.
