Originally known as the HMO Council Tax Reform Group, we have evolved into the HMO Action Group.

Advocating, Campaigning, and Educating for the HMO Industry

The HMO Action Group is a community-driven initiative with three clear goals: to Advocate, Campaign, and Educate on behalf of those involved in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). Whether you’re a tenant, landlord, or agent, we’re here to represent the views of those involved in HMOs.

In order to campaign on issues that really matter we are launching a brand new donation scheme. For just £99 you will be part of an exclusive group of people who will be our initial supporters. Over time we plan to make this into 'membership' so that you benefit from a full 12 months of exclusive member benefits.

Your donation will allow us to do the following :

Continue our advocacy work with central government, political influencers, the media and policymakers.
Run impactful campaigns that bring real change to the HMO sector.
Deliver education to empower and support HMO operators.
Organise events, develop resources, and sustain our campaigning.
