Jacky Vue (St. Paul Como Victim)

This is a fundraiser created for Jacky Vue by me Caleb Vue (brother), and my family in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The amount donated will use by the family on Jacky Vue's funeral needs. We will provide supply costs, cups, forks, pans, spoons, catering..etc. We want everyone to remember this tragedy. Jacky Vue was a kind person, one who is sympathetic towards anyone. He participated in Cub Scout, and Boy Scouts in his early childhood alongside with 3 other brothers. He had hopes, and dreams of helping others in-need by joining the Police service. This year, Jacky graduated high school at the age of 19. He loved spending time outdoor activities, fishing, and camping.  He also had a fascination in Science. Jacky Vue was a homicide victim at The Hmong Freedom Federation Festival on July 1st of 2018, a annual event with 50,000+ participants for the past decade. This incident was the first in which a person was killed at the annual festival. The incident  happened during the evening hours @4pm. Two gun shot from a gunman struct Jacky Vue twice in the torso, courageous men, and women attempt to recover his wounds. Unfortunately Jacky Vue later passed at Regions Hospital at surgery. We hope for everyone to spread the love by sharing this with your friends, and love ones. Together we will provide Jacky with a peaceful, and everlasting burial. -Vue Family
