Blasin Bourgeois Medical Fund

On November 11th 2014, I received the worst phone call I could possibly imagine. My husband had been involved in a car accident the night before and had been air med to the nearest hospital and was in ICU in critical condition. Blasin had spent the last two week in west Texas for work. 14 hours away from home I took a flight to come and be with him. Arriving at the hospital I had learned that he had a traumatic brain injury. He had bleeding in his brain and a blood clot, a lacerated spleen and liver,  broken neck and
 broken his pelvic bone
 and needed surgery. He was in a chemically induced coma and was on a breathing machine. After almost two weeks of being in ICU, he was taken off the breathing machine and is now out of a coma. Every day is a waiting game to see what he knows and what he is able to do. Some days he talks and is able to remember everything and other days he doesn't know who I am or who his kids are. The doctors are saying that he will have many more weeks in the hospital and months of therapy and rehab to learn to walk again and re teach his brain certain things. We have no insurance and are so far away from home, I am having a hard time transferring him to a hospital in Louisiana. And with two little boys and his first baby girl due in March and the holidays coming up, I would like for him to be close to home and try to get him back to a normal life as soon as possible. We are not asking for much, and we are not expecting anything at. Anyone who knows blasin, knows that he was always to proud to as for a hand out. But as his wife, Im asking for any little bit to help us out
