3 weeks ago my 13 year old niece sarah was in a serious car accident with her brother. She has been at Children’s hospital of Knoxville tn. She has a c4 shattered disc that was fused to her c3 c5. Is in a c collar for 12 weeks. Paralyzed from neck down. She has a right complete broken right collar bone. She now has a trach and on a ventilator. Her left lower lung lobe was deflated due to a hit in that area. She was on a feeding tube which, Parise Our Lord, recently was removed and we cath her every four hours. She is on her way (as of 10am tommorrow) to Atlanta Georgia to CHOA Children’s hospital of Atlanta. They specialize in pediatric spine injuries. We don’t know how long depends on them. Upon returning home Sarah and her family will need some renovations done on their home and a van equipped for wheelchair to accodimate  Sarah. Sarah family and friends have complete faith in God and do believe she will walk again but until this time comes we want Sarah to live as much of a "normal" 13 yr olds life as possible.
