Last Wednesday (4/19) Katie and Henry experienced a devastating house fire. The house will be rebuilt but the loss of their four pups (Maverick, Harper, Baxter and Snickers) is heartbreaking. The house must be fully gutted and rebuilt as a result of the fire. The damage from the fire as well as the water and smoke left is very overwhelming. They have been able to retrieve a few items but are pretty much starting from scratch.

Sooo many friends and family members have reached out to ask how they can help them and their family. With having to get moved into a rental for the foreseeable future and all the confusion dealing with everything they weren’t even sure what we could do to help.

It was difficult to convince them to let their friends and family help. That being said they agreed to letting friends set up a gofundme account.

With any donations that might be left, they would like to help those who helped them on that terrible night: Red Cross, Sandy & DuBois fire departments and a dog shelter in memory of Maverick, Harper, Baxter and Snickers.
