Service Dog Hobbes Needs Help

Thank you for viewing this site and considering supporting Hobbes' medical bills.
Hobbes is a 7 year old male Bernese Mountain Dog. He was my father's service dog. My father passed away five and a half years ago. Hobbes now works with my mother to help prevent her from falling due to blind spots and montiors her diabetes for her.
Hobbes' family consist of my mother, his sister Dottie (also a Bernese) and our 2 year old cat Sparkles and a very close network of family friends.
Last year we found a small lump on the back of Hobbes' front left leg. We immediatlely had a needle biopsy done by our vet. It was pea sized and easliy moved so we were not too concerned. Soon, we learned it was suspicious and the next day the lump was removed. A few days later we learned it was cancer.
Hobbes had a grade one Hemangiopericytoma. The vet was not able to get clean margins on one side becasue of the difficulty of the location. The oncologist recommended 3 and a half weeks of radiation to begin immeidately, pending an x-ray to insure the cancer has not spread to his lungs (a 10% chance). It had not spread and Hobbes went through radiation and did very well.
This New Years Eve, the vet diagnosed him with lymphoma, shortly after mom and I lost our home. A devastating blow for us. However, with chemo he can live at least a year and continue to support mom. Our hearts are broken since he was daddy's (died several years ago) and is playing such a valuable role in our lives! He also works with me to reduce anxiety and stress which we gave a lot of.
So far Hobbes is doing very well! We thank God for that! No side effects to chemo and we're partnering with Atrium Vet to add a holistic approach. So far, after two months, he's completely normal. But money is getting tighter and I worry about providing for his sister. I'm sure he senses my stomach knots every day!
Please consider helping us raise the funds to make this happen for our very sweet and precious boy. If you unable to support financially, we ask only two things...for your prayers and for you to share this campaign out to as many people as possible.
All proceeds collected will go to his care and updates will be posted regualry throughout his care process. We love our baby boy very much. He is a special family member and we appreciate each and every one of you who will and are already supporting us in any way through this process.
