Hogarth House Fire Assistance Fund

Donation protected
Very early on March 13th a fast moving fire driven by high winds destroyed the Hogarth family home where Jim “Hogie” Hogarth and his son Jerry Hogarth have been living.  They are fortunate and very thankful that their fast acting neighbors saw the flames and banged on their door to wake them up and also alerted 911.  Jerry was then able rescue “Hogie” and carry him out of the house seconds before the flames engulfed the home’s interior and dozens of firefighters were arriving on the scene.

Jerry has been living at the residence while caring for his disabled father “Hogie” for the past several years and the home has been with the family for multiple generations.  I know this home holds many memories for the family and their friends and it is a terrible loss.  We are thankful Jerry and “Hogie” are ok, but they lost everything in the blaze.

If you are able, please contribute whatever you can to help them as they begin to recover from this sudden tragedy.  Any amount will be helpful!  If you are wiling to share on your social media that would be helpful as well.

Your donations will help with immediate housing needs and basic necessities like clothing, shoes, and related needs.  Also, if anyone has a lead on an apartment available locally that would be helpful as well.  Thank you so much.
