Hokes Bluff High School Vertical Hydroponic Farm

My name is Lee Harrison. I am the Chief Operating Officer of Gardens On Air - A Local Farm, Inc. in Hokes Bluff, AL. We have a 501(C)(3) called Gardens On Air - Alternative Educational Farm Day Camp. Our goal and intention is to raise funds through our Non-Profit to provide every school in Etowah County with Indoor Vertical Hydroponic Farms to learn. We intend to partner with community members of each school district to raise the appropriate amount of $5,000 to buy the systems and then give the school a full year of technical and physical support. We hope that you will sponsor your Hokes Bluff Screaming Eagles in their effort to learn more about farming and grow their produce inside their school.

Farming is vital because of supply chain issues. Also, the produce we grow will be eaten by the students after they grow it themselves.

All funds will be utilized to buy the equipment donated to the school system.
