Hello, I am opening this fundraiser as a desperate call from a mother.. my son Corporal Velez (Luis Velez) was in a fatal collision which sent him to the hospital with life threatening injuries.. He suffered internal and external bleeding and intestines completely detached. He is located in Tacoma Washington (Ft Lewis) and I am at Ft Bliss (El Paso TX) My Boy Is All Alone With No Family..
