Holistic Hope for LeAnna


Please help LeAnna fight Stage IV Colon Cancer......
Determined to provide for her daughter, LeAnna decided to join the United States Navy Reserves in May of 2015.  After boot camp, she was stationed at NOSC Washington Operational Support Unit located on Joint Base Andrews.  There, she quickly decided she wanted to volunteer for mobilization.  LeAnna's uplifting and bubbly personality quickly caught the attention of her superiors.  Soon EVERYONE loved LeAnna!!! 


Unfortunately on October 14, 2016, at the age of 26, LeAnna was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer.  Doctors originally told her there was nothing that could be done.  However, LeAnna and her family were determined to FIGHT!!!  A life saving procedure was performed at Medstar Washington Hospital Center and LeAnna BEAT Cancer!!!! 

After several months of chemotherapy and going into remission, the cancer came back.  Once again doctors are saying there is not much that can be done. 

LeAnna is currently being treated at Walter Reed National Medical Center and scheduled to undergo chemotherapy. She plans to use a holistic approach along with her treatment.  This will require a special diet which will be an added expense.  The change in diet and holistic treatment will be costly (and not covered by insurance).  Additionally, she incurred some debt related to her previous medical treatments. Please help LeAnna continue to FIGHT and BEAT THE ODDS ONCE MORE!
