Holly & her battle against Rheumatoid & Psoriatic Arthritis

Hi my name is Kristina and

I have created this page on behalf of Holly who suffers Rheumatoid & Psoriatic Arthritis in every single joint in her body. Holly would never ask for help from others so I took the initiative to do it for her. With that here is her story.

Holly is a young single mother of two beautiful children, who has been battling Rheumatoid & Psoriatic Arthritis for several years. As a mother and a Disability Support worker Holly has always put everyone else first.

However, unfortunately this has made everyday tasks a struggle, from playing with her children to household chores, her condition affects every aspect of her life. Despite this she continues to support her family and clients, though it has significantly impacted her ability to work. With very minimal shifts she can only work with select clients that only require minimal support leaving her with limited income struggling to make ends meet.

Holly has attended numerous doctor visits crying and begging for help to no avail.

She is currently awaiting a full hip replacement and has been waiting for a long 5 years as she's been told by doctors that she's "too young" for this surgery. This has left Holly feeling frustrated and helpless leaving her in excruciating pain, severe flare ups and joint damage in every single joint in her body. Holly is now seeking alternative treatments and therapies to help manage her condition however financially unable.

Lastly, Holly dreams of creating cherished memories with her kids for a family holiday they have never been on due to the financial burden which has made this dream seem impossible.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to cover the costs of:

- Therapy sessions (e.g.,Hydrotherapy, massages, chiropractors, acupuncture, sauna.

- Household expenses, ongoing cleaner.

- Living expenses

- Accommodation for a holiday with the kids

- Activities with children
